Payout
General Information For All Sellers
- Payouts By Request: Payouts are issued by request only. As automatic payouts are not provided.
- Payout Availability: Seller payouts are available for pickup starting on the 8th of each month.
- Direct Deposit: Direct deposit is available for online only sellers without a space in the store.
- Mailed Checks: Checks will not be mailed unless you provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
- Bank Holidays & Weekends: If the 8th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payouts will be processed and available on the next business day.
In-Store Sellers
- Check Pickup Deadline: If your physical check is not picked up by the last day of the month it was issued, it will be voided. The check amount will be credited back to your seller account and automatically applied to your next payout.
- Your funds are not lost—this simply helps us keep the payout process streamlined and efficient.
- To receive a payout, you must submit a request through the online form HERE before the end of the month.
- Payouts will be issued during the regular payout schedule.
- If we do not receive an email from you by month’s end, no payout will be processed for that period and your payout balance will roll over to the next month.
- If you are moving out, please let us know so we can prepare your final payout, which will also be ready during the regular moving out payout schedule.
UNCLAIMED FINAL PAYOUTS
- If you move out without notifying us, we will not know to process your payout. Please make sure to communicate any changes via email.
- Any unclaimed final payouts not picked up within 30 days of the issue date will be converted to store credit on your customer account for in-store use.
- Once converted, this process is final—a new check cannot be issued, and no notification will be sent when this occurs.
