Seller Pricing & Tagging Policy

To ensure accurate sales, inventory tracking, and proper seller payouts, all sellers must follow the pricing and tagging requirements outlined below.

1. Required Information on Every Item

Every item placed for sale in the store must have a visible price tag that includes:

  • Calvada Marketplace Seller Number (not another stores seller number)

  • Price

  • Description

If the tag is too small to include a full description, that is acceptable to leave it off. However, the Seller Number and Price are required at all times.

2. Items Without Proper Tags

If an item does not include both:

  • A Seller Number

  • A Price

We will not be able to sell the item.

Items that are not properly tagged may be pulled from the sales floor until corrected. A $10 a day storage fee will be applied until the items have been picked up. You will only be notified once by email if an item has been pulled.

Failure to properly price and label items is considered a direct violation of our seller contract and store policies.

3. Barcode Stickers (Optional & Required Situations)

If you choose to enter your inventory into your seller account, we can print barcode stickers for you. These stickers include all required information and meet store compliance standards.

  • The store provides barcode stickers.

  • The store does not provide handwritten price tags.

If you are handwriting your tags, you are responsible for supplying your own tagging materials.

4. Online + In-Store Sellers

If you are selling your items both online and in-store, those items must have a barcode sticker attached so they can be properly identified and tracked.

Handwritten tags are not sufficient for items listed both online and in-store.
