Seller Referral Program

We are excited to introduce our Seller Referral Program as a way to reward our current sellers for helping grow our community.

Referral Rewards for Current Sellers

Current sellers who refer a new seller that signs up for a space can receive a credit toward their space fees:

• If the referred seller signs up for a 6-month commitment, the referring seller will receive a $25 space fee credit toward their next month’s space fee.

• If the referred seller signs up for a month-to-month option with no commitment, the referring seller will receive a $10 space fee credit toward their next month’s space fee.

Referral Bonus for New Sellers

New sellers who are referred by an existing seller will receive a $10 space fee credit, regardless of which space option they choose.

• This credit will be applied to the seller’s second month with us.

• If the seller moves out before their second month begins, the credit will be void.

Referral Requirements

• The referring seller’s name must be included on the new seller’s application, or the referral must be communicated to management before the seller signs their agreement.

• Referrals reported after the agreement has already been signed are not valid, and we will not be able to apply the referral credit.

Additional Information

• Sellers may refer as many new sellers as they like.

• Referral credits may be accumulated and applied toward future space fees.
