Thrift & Consignment Area Policy

Overview

Our Thrift & Consignment Area is a dedicated space within the store designed to support both consigned items and community donations. This program helps us keep inventory fresh, create additional selling opportunities, and give back by supporting local charities.

Participation in this program indicates agreement with the following terms.


Who This Applies To

This policy applies to everyone using the Thrift & Consignment Area, including:

  • Vendors with rented booth space

  • Independent consignors

  • Members of the public

To keep things fair and running smoothly, the same guidelines apply to all participants.


Consignment Terms

Commission
Consigned items are sold on a 50/50 split (50% to the consignor, 50% to the store).

Consignment Period
Items are displayed for 30 days from the date they are put out for sale.

Unsold Items & Pickup

  • If an item does not sell within 30 days, it will need to be picked up

  • We will notify you when your item is ready for pickup

  • Items must be picked up within 48 hours of notification

Abandonment
If items are not picked up within the 48-hour window, they will be considered abandoned. At that point, the store may choose to:

  • Move the item into the donation program

  • Discount or resell the item

  • Donate or responsibly dispose of the item

No payment will be issued for abandoned items.

Re-Consignment
Items that do not sell must wait 30 days before being submitted again to the Thrift & Consignment Area.
However, these items may be placed in your personal vendor space (if applicable) at any time under your standard booth terms.


Donations

  • Donated items become property of the store upon acceptance

  • A portion of proceeds from donated items is given to a different local charity each quarter

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline donations based on condition, season, and available space


Item Guidelines

  • All items must meet our quality standards

  • Acceptance is at the store’s discretion

  • Pricing and merchandising are handled by our team to best support sell-through

We are continuously refining how we use our space and run our programs. Because of this, the Thrift & Consignment Area may evolve over time. Any updates will be communicated as clearly as possible.

Vendors can review item status and program details at any time through their Seller Central account on our website.
