Top Seller Award Information 🏆

Each quarter, we proudly recognize our highest-performing sellers with our Top Seller Award. This award celebrates strong sales performance and highlights the sellers whose products resonated most with customers during that time.

How the Top Sellers Are Chosen

At the end of every quarter, we calculate total sales for each seller during that period. From those totals, marketplace commission is deducted to determine net sales.

The top three sellers with the highest net sales for that quarter are selected as our Top Sellers.

What Top Sellers Receive

The top three sellers each quarter will receive a special, one-of-a-kind commemorative Top Seller engraved coin.
Each coin is uniquely designed and engraved to mark the achievement, making it a meaningful keepsake and a symbol of excellence within the marketplace.

What Does “Each Quarter” Mean?

A quarter is a three-month period within the calendar year. Since there are 12 months in a year, the year is divided into four quarters:

  • Quarter 1 (Q1): January 1 – March 31

  • Quarter 2 (Q2): April 1 – June 30

  • Quarter 3 (Q3): July 1 – September 30

  • Quarter 4 (Q4): October 1 – December 31

Only sales made within the specific dates of each quarter are counted. Once the quarter ends, results are finalized and winners are determined based solely on that three-month period.

While the Top Seller Award recognizes sales performance for a specific quarter, every seller plays an important role in the success of our marketplace. Not receiving a Top Seller Award does not reflect a lack of value, effort, or potential.

There are many ways sellers can influence their success over time, including:

  • Actively promoting their brand and products through advertising and social media

  • Keeping their space organized, inviting, and well-maintained

  • Refreshing inventory and introducing new or seasonal items

  • Hosting or participating in events

  • Selling online in addition to in-store sales

All of these efforts help drive visibility, customer engagement, and long-term growth. Each quarter is a fresh opportunity, and success can look different for every seller.
