In-Store Product Upload Instructions

If you are selling in-store only and not listing products for online purchase, the upload process is simple.

Required Fields (In-Store Sales Only)

You only need to complete the following fields:

• Product Name

• Price

• Quantity

These are the only required fields for in-store–only sellers.

⚠️ Important: Save Before Adding a New Product

After entering product information, you must press SAVE before clicking Add New.

If you click Add New without saving first, the information you entered will be deleted and you will need to re-enter it.

Always click SAVE to ensure your product details are properly stored.

In-Stock Date

Please DO NOT use this field. It throws off our reports and product management on the backend.

Optional Fields

All other fields in the product form are optional for in-store sales. Since your products are not being sold online, details such as descriptions, images, shipping information, categories, and other online-specific fields are not required.

You are welcome to complete additional fields if you would like more detailed records, but it is not necessary.

Important Note About Inventory

For all store sales, inventory management is your responsibility. We do not provide inventory management services for sellers.
